Thanksgiving + Materialism

I had a wonderful Thanksgiving which I spent with Tonya and Chris. The meal turned out wonderfully and a good time was had by all.

Friday I picked up a 32" HDTV for $500 along with a PlayStation 3 (80GB package), while Chris picked up the Xbox 360 Elite. We now have all these items set up in Tonya's apartment in glorious fashion.

Finals are approaching... boo.

xbox = boo. my 360 got the three red lights of death - which is apparently very common as i know two other people with the same problem.

my ps3 is still working just fine, i'm using it as a bluray player though :/

So far his 360 has continued to work fine, though I will say it is rather noisy. He continues to have a better selection of games at the moment I must admit, not that the ones I have aren't a blast to me. They both have their ups and downs I suppose, I'm just waiting for MGS4 and LittleBigPlanet I suppose. There's games out now I want but the price is a bit off putting I must admit. Maybe I need to sign up for GameFly or something similar.
